Beavers on the Line

Most people think hunting and trapping are things of the past. They envision a pioneer with a grizzly hide thrown across his brow-beaten shoulders tracking through the barren wilderness snow. This pure white scene set against the mountains may be a memory to remember, but being an outdoorsman is far from dead. Every year we get a hundred or so men and women that come to enjoy the outdoors, while pursuing the game of their forefathers. Today I got a glimpse of days gone by through the window of the present as the Beavers hung on the line.
